A MESSAGE FROM ED POWERS

As Powers Drywall & Insulation, Inc. enters its 30th year of operation, many new and exciting changes are taking place!

Even in a dismal economy with ever-rising food, transportation and raw materials costs, a real estate market in crisis and a bearish-looking stock market, Powers Drywall continues to grow at an exceptional pace!

In recent years, we have:

• Purchased and renovated a 2,000 sq. ft. office & warehouse space in Stillwater, NY.
• Hired several new key employees – including two project managers and a full-time office manager/controller.
• Added to our long list of field employees – all experienced & insured.
• Developed new relationships with builders and contractors across the region, and
• Nearly doubled our previous years’ revenues!

With numerous residential & commercial construction projects ongoing in and around Saratoga, Albany & Rensselaer Counties, Powers Drywall is as busy as ever!

The last few months of 2010 marked the beginning of an aggressive marketing & advertising campaign that has exposed Powers Drywall & Insulation, Inc. as a leading provider of drywall, insulation (both traditional and spray foam open and closed), painting and acoustical ceiling services in and around the Capital District Region and Western Massachusetts. As we move forward, we expect to continue the rate of growth we are currently experiencing!

I’d like to extend a very heartfelt THANK YOU to my entire staff – including field workers, office staff and subcontractors for your hard work and dedication over the years and especially in recent months. Each of you, in your own way, have helped me make this expansion of my company possible. I couldn’t have done it without you! Thanks!
