"Over a period of 12 months I contracted with Ed Powers Drywall & Insulation on 5 separate occasions to assist with portions of a whole house renovation I had undertaken (while living in the structure).  In total, a new attached garage and kitchen was insulated, drywalled and taped, old   blown-in attic insulation and batts were removed and replaced, and new drywall and taping were applied to my dining room, hallways, and living room. As a side benefit, when my separately hired structural contractor turned into a no-show, Ed put me in touch with a couple of his industry contacts, one of which was able to come in and complete the job with no impact to my original schedule.
